PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE. Please Have The Following Information Available When You Contact Us For Service:
  • Name, address and telephone number
  • Model number and serial number
  • A clear, detailed description of the problem
  • Proof of purchase

All warranty service is provided exclusively by our J-One Appliance Repair Professionals.

Appliance Parts Warranty

If you need to return an item you may ship it back or return it to our main office. All returns must be accompanied by their original invoice, copy of invoice, or invoice number and must meet the following criteria:
  • Show no visible damage from installation or use.
  • Returned in original manufacturer packaging.
  • Contain no additional markings on the part or package.

Parts returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted beyond 60 days from the invoice date.
